VENDING SERVICE
KLM Vendex will provide vending machines that you need in your area. The equipment to be provided shall be in accordance with your requirements. KLM Vendex will select and provide the most efficient equipment size for your location by considering foot traffic and the space allotted for the machines. Vending machines to be provided are equipped with card readers and dollar bill changers.
SERVICE SCHEDULE
We will service the machines as often as needed. Our home-based office is located in Heber City. We will be in charge of inspecting and stocking all products, making sure that nothing has expired. We will conduct periodic visits to the location to stay current with your preferences. Our goal is to maximize participation by our customers. Guaranteeing you will be able to consistently find the variety and quality of products you prefer.
REPAIRS AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
KLM Vendex will provide reliable vending machines. We are monitoring our machines daily to ensure accuracy and reliability. We will inform you of any pending or overnight shutdown of equipment if any are needed. It is KLM Vendex policy that if any equipment has continual mechanical problems, we will replace it.
